		<description>The wheels are for your arms - I saw people in Turkey using them.  One hand on each wheel, rotate inward, then reverse the move.  There were a couple of machines in Turkey I couldn&#039;t figure out either, and some of them have so much momentum once you get going they aren&#039;t really a workout.</description>

		<description>Nice post, but be careful about doing pull ups on the crossbar of soccer goals. I&#039;ve heard of people being killed when the bar, not at all designed to support a person&#039;s weight, comes crashing down on someone swinging from it. Might just be an urban myth but better not to chance it!</description>
