I have the November print edition of the Smithsonian magazine in my hot little hands. On page 42, it says the interview with Chip Kidd can be found online at smithsonian.com/mall. No such web page exist. Other nonexistent pages referred to in Around the Mall include /castle, /mallblog, and /whatsup. What's the problem here? Why are you referring your readers to things that don't exist?
