Our Presidential Exit Poll

On the eve of Election Day, visitors trickled into the hall of America’s Presidents in the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery. Had they intentionally come on this day to gaze into the eyes of past presidents? Were they contemplating their achievements and demeanors? And desiring the newly elected to channel Kennedy or Reagan, FDR or Lincoln? Did they need something to clinch their decision? Were they seeking inspiration?

Maybe that’s going a bit too far. It’s possible they just wandered in by coincidence, but the ATM blogging team was there to ask. Watch our very own “gallery” exit poll.
