Tracey, This was such a wonderful interview. You displayed a vast knowledge of the bear family and a love of caring for the animals. I saw the bear cam, the cubs appear to be healthy, and are so cute. Thank you for sharing this story and a job well done.

A lovely interview, Tracey. Thank-you for the information, it’s so very interesting. I love watching BJ with her cubs. For about 5 years now I’ve been watching just about any bear cam I can find; from panda cams,to wild grizzlys in Alaska, and recently the Lilycam (Hope is really growing) I enjoy learning about and observing their many behaviors. Thanks to the National Zoo, I can now add the Andean bear to my list!
