A Snow Day, the National Zoo Way
Winter is in full effect and so far, the D.C. area has only gotten a few inches of snow. While that was enough to drive most of us indoors, buttoned up and hunkered down, hoping for snow days and school delays, the animals at the National Zoo were showing us how it really should be done. Eating snow, sliding around (on purpose) and looking cute while doing it.

So, if just the idea of layering your clothes, cleaning off your car, shoveling your walk and salting your steps is enough to get you down, head on over to the Zoo for a crash course in Fun 101. Tell your boss you’re taking a snow day, literally, and this time, really enjoy it.
