		<description>I always enjoyed the fountain/garden in the National Gallery of Art&#039;s West Wing in my studying days.  No Wi-Fi or even tables, but gorgeous, just enough people for the occasional &quot;people-watch-break&quot; and peaceful.  Plus, there&#039;s all that art and free stuff when you finish.</description>
