I saw "A Song for the Horse Nation" in NYC at the AIM last June. It was the first place I went during my trip to NYC. Education is empowering. The exhibit gave me inspiration and hope to continue working with others, especially First Nations who feel their lives are not worth living. When we can take a tool, like the horse, and incorporate
it in a respectful and honorable way, we become stronger, more able and capable.
Kudos to the entire team for their vision and hard work to make this exhibit a reality, and to the ancestors for their spirit and song that helped them to stay strong and standing!
