Thanks to the brothers for consistently hiring small local craftsmen in the development of their space. My small art and fabrication shop is proud of our work there.

Their coffee does cost more than Starbucks, but it is not the most expensive coffee in town. If you are a coffee fan and want to taste a cup truly unique coffee you should try their coffee if you are in town. If all you have ever had is Starbucks or any other chain, it's a big departure.

"Most beginner retailers wouldn’t dream of opening their doors without attending to every last detail of the in-store experience. They want customers to have a precisely designed journey, from the moment they walk through the door until they step back onto the street."

Well, SOME retailers, selling certain products to certain clients. Not most retailers, not most products, not most clients.

I'll bet the price of a cup of their coffee is doubled just to heat and cool the space. And I'll bet that their coffee is the most expensive in town.
