Dinosaur Sighting: Return of the “Thunderbeast”

The roadside Tyrannosaurus at Thunderbeast Park.
Apparently Oregon’s dinosaur statue parks were where it was at in the 1980s.
This week’s sighting comes to us courtesy of the Barry family, who stopped by “Thunderbeast Park” back when it was still in operation. The park has since been shut down, but that rumor has it that this Tyrannosaurus still looks out over the highway. If anyone has a photo at this dinosaur today, please send it in!

That’s actually the tyrannosaur at Dinosaur Park in Port Orford, Oregon. Thunderbeast Park was for prehistoric mammals. The lone survivor is in sad shape these days, standing in front of a hubcap place.
