Very interesting. I really like the illustration. Scott Hartman does great skeletals, but his life restorations are very underrated in my opinion.

I’m glad to see this paper published. Scott’s presentation at SVP last year was one of my favorites. He was very entertaining and enthusiastic.

It makes a lot of sense to me that dinosaurs, especially big theropods, would have a massive caudofemoralis. Those muscles were pulling some massive legs and propelling several tons of dinosaur.
