What paleontologist haven't caught on about the arms of Tyrannosaurus rex is its arms are actually larger in porportion to its body than Gorgosaurus, Tarbosaurus, or Albertosaurus. The ratio from its humerus to femur in Tyrannosaurus is 1/3, in Gorgosaurus/Tarbosaurus/Albertosaurus the ratio is 1/4. So in Tyrannosaurus the arm was getting bigger.
