He&#039;s in exalted company though - Friedrich von Huene named &lt;i&gt;Succinodon&lt;/i&gt; in 1941 from a fossil that he thought was a part of the jaw of a Titanosaur. In 1981 it was shown to also be fossilised wood but with borings created by a bivalve.</description>
