You think Stegosaurus had it rough? That’s only mild discomfort compared to Kentrosaurus and those long spines. Ouch!

Also, I think the first steps to dinosaur mating involved opening the door and getting on the floor. I can’t be sure, though.

I would think that, for a mating dino pair to be preserved, they’d have to be living in the same conditions & circumstances as the fighting dino pair.

BTW, there’s also the possibility of finding “a six-footed trackway” ( http://science.nationalgeographic.com/science/prehistoric-world/flesh-bone/#page=7 ) or something like that.

How do we think that lake water killed an air-breathing turtle whilst mating? Was some sort of poison absorbed thru the skin?

There's reportedly a pair of Psittacosaurus preserved this way, though it remains unpublished.
