A more reliable take on the story would be people who are prone to hallucinate may exhibit increased coffee consumption - and gosh darn it we found some. Caffeine levels can vary so much among different drinks, brew strengths, beans, that it's hard to understand what sort a threshold "7 cups of instant coffee" would be (assuming they mean seven 8 oz cups?)
