		<description>Do you happen to have the listing of what cheese was paired with which beer?  I learned to love and respect the Palo Santo after a friend mistakenly got us a 1/6 keg of it.  One needs to tread lightly with that one.  Very unusual wood that adds a very distinctive taste and smell to the beer.  I showed a picture of the actual Palo Santo tank from Dogfish.
