Great article. I visited the Mitsitam Native Foods Café on a recent visit to Washington DC and tried the Roasted Sunchoke Soup (recommended by the chef himself) and it was delicious. I only wished I could have tried more dishes there, but will look forward to my visit to the capital to stop by the museum and try something different.
