I've been working on a hearty, do-it-myself with whatever is growing in my garden vegetable soup.
I just stopped short of chopping the carrot tops and giving them to the worms when I decided I might be able to add them to the soup as well. I always considered them as a parsley-type.
Thanks. I'm going to do that now....adding them now!

Very interesting piece. I've always wondered what, if anything, could be done with the tops. Now I have a great new recipe to try. Perfect for the fall. Thanks!
