		<description>Hey Amanda, Bonnie sent me this link.  I love your list!!  I have ordered some of these products, like the Rancho Gordo, Cook&#039;s Illustrated, and a microplane.  They are all wonderful!  This year, I am making a recipe for squares of chocolate stuck on sticks that melt when you put them in hot milk... instant gourmet hot chocolate without breaking out the pan!
