		<description>I agree that it makes sense to look into these holidays a little.  Some of them make sense.  For example, January is Oatmeal month.  I know this was cooked up (sorry!) by Quaker Oats, but January is also a great time to eat oatmeal; we need its warmth.

On the other hand, whoever thought to put zucchini-bread day in April was a crazy person. It should come in a month when most Americans have gobs of zucchini in the garden.
