		<description>As someone who grew up eating Irish-American soda bread and, later, lived in Ireland and enjoyed &quot;traditional&quot; Irish soda bread, I have to say that all the contention over which is &quot;correct&quot; is pretty silly.  Both are delicious in their own ways!  Many recipes of the same name have regional variations, why not just enjoy!
