		<description>Wild oysters are better- try them dry sauted until they release their liquid, then brush them with garlic infused olive oil and give them a couple of turns on the grill while your meat is resting. 

Another wild mushroom to keep an eye out for is the cauliflower mushroom, which looks like a bundle of egg noodles and has a spicy, slightly citrus scent and a firm texture. It is fantastic in a stir fry or just sliced and sauted in a bit of olive oil.</description>
