		<description>It was a shame that Mom used instant potatoes (also dreadful canned veggies). I won&#039;t have them in my house now. After learning what the real thing was like, I won&#039;t go back. I&#039;m glad that despite Mom&#039;s efforts, Judy and I both turned out to have a great appreciation for real food!</description>

		<description>Born in North Carolina, you must have mashed potatoes on Christmas. Why,it&#039;s just a great tradition. Boiled potatoes, milk, and butter, and a little salt, mashed with a potato masher or fork until smooth, Yum. Try it, you will like it.</description>
