I expect that the various brands will be bought fairly quickly during bankruptcy as they have an established recognition and consumer base. So we can expect to see “new” Twinkies within a year of the final bankruptcy proceeding.

I also expect that there will be those who claim that the “new” Twinikies aren’t as good as the “old” ones. It is amazing what a little nostalgia can do for flavor…
