Methinks the real origin of the fishy Guinness comes from prolonged sharing of the same quarters with some of John Jameson's whiskey retrieved from Davy Jones locker.

Dear Annabelle,

Interesting article. Would be even more effective if you didn't use "it's" when you mean "its" (2 times in your article), and if you used "cites" instead of "sites" when referring to a citation from a book. Of course, this is also something that a good editor would have spotted, so perhaps he or she needs to pay more attention, too.

Keep up the good writing work, but work on your grammar, too.

Cheers,
Tom

Most vegans that are serious about living a plant based diet and lifestyle (and not using the term as a fad for short term diet, cleanse or whatever else sounds catchy this week) are familiar with isinglass and use a site called Barnivore, which lists vegan friendly beers, wines and liquors.

While this appears to be a new discovery for yourself (and many people who do not have any real knowledge of what they are actually consuming), you could have furthered your research and found out you that Guinness Extra Stout (brewed in Canada by Labatt) is isinglass free and vegan friendly. It's better than draught and also my beer of choice.

Check the label. Guinness brewed in Canada doesn't use isinglass, so that's okay. For other beers (and wines), I recommend checking Barnivore (http://www.barnivore.com/)

Please make the text a little larger. 19 inch display and can barely see the text.

It's 2013! A little text resizing shouldn't be hard to implement ...
