I like it because it helps make government accountable and responsive to people, and also shows how people can (and must) play a constructive role in realizing change. Also good to see another example of positive applications of social media in government space -- its special strength as a platform for epithet-hurling often gets more visibility.

Finally, good timing -- think we all need a pickmeup after the last few weeks of record-lows for &quot;government-by-the-people&quot;!</description>

Then viewers weigh in with their expressions of pleasure or displeasure real time and the network only broadcasts the sound effects when at least 75% of logged in viewers share the sentiment. At 90% on the BOO scale, maybe the sprinkers go off on the congressional floor.</description>
