		<description>Many women will also attest to the &quot;brain fog&quot; having been there during PMS, not just an occasional symptom during menopause. Vitamin B which seems to help nerve function and/or sinus medications that reduce tissue swelling, do help to deal with the fog- which I am certain has a scientific relevance to what they are learning now. It wasn&#039;t in our minds - but was in our brains. :)  Also, I&#039;ve always seen my memory and brain function as a spreadsheet, so this also just confirms what I&#039;ve known all along.</description>
