I bet that within 100 years all food will be chemicle free and enhanced. Everyone then might be taller and thinner. But as far as muscles go they will get smaller as humans are doing less work. However, interestingly -- the illustrator correctly foresaw the hemlines of the future rising to the levels of today's miniskirt.
