No. They'll be shorter. Because estrogen stops the long growth of bones, encourages bone density instead: the earlier the menarche, the shorter the woman.

Women got taller from better nutrition, but now the process will level off. I bet that within 100 years all food will be chemicle free and enhanced. Everyone then might be taller and thinner. But as far as muscles go they will get smaller as humans are doing less work.

Being one of these 6' women who is an endurance runner, served in the military, and splits her own wood, I have to say this quaint prediction has become reality for some. I'm thankful every day to have been born into a society that celebrates strong women. There are still many places in our contemporary world where this is tragically not the case.

If we are all supposed to be Amazons in the present times, when should we be expecting our bullet-proof bracelets? LOL!!!

Being 6'3", I adore tall women, so I'm sad that the height predictions of the past didn't come true.

However, interestingly -- the illustrator correctly foresaw the hemlines of the future rising to the levels of today's miniskirt.

Little did they know, or perhaps even conceive of young girls starving themselves in pre-adolescence to look more waif-like (refugee skeletal) to satisfy the twisted whims of fashion and corporate media.
