		<description>Interesting that they thought the occupation of &quot;computer programmer&quot; would go away. Last year I quit (due to various reasons) a software development position I had held for almost 5 years; I had a new position at a different company that paid better in less than a week. Even today, I still get calls and emails from recruiters looking for me to fill a position. My current employer (and my previous employer) has found it nearly impossible to find qualified software developers in this area (Phoenix, Arizona). I don&#039;t know why developers are so difficult to find in this state (then again, it is Arizona, land of the racist and ignorant), but I don&#039;t care: More job security for me!</description>
