What happens after Jane Jetson has selected a design?

Fashion folks are beginning to make a fuss about dresses, and other garments, created with 3-D printing. So perhaps when such gadgets are common in the home, Jane's dress will emerge from a slot, much the way dinner appears from her Food-A-Rac-A-Cycle.

Examples of 3-D garments:

"As far as we can tell, Jane Jetson never had her body mass index, email and zip code sold to market research folk. But welcome to the retail future."

See why it's hard for me to get out of the house without thinking of that!
