You might want to take a closer look at the picture of what you say is the wing of a Northern Saw-whet Owl, as seen under blacklight.

There is text mixed in with your wing, including the word &quot;Self Obliteration&quot;. I&#039;m going to guess that owls don&#039;t really have English words in block letters in their wings.</description>
