		<description>Hmmm... interesting.  It makes sense that depression is more apt to grip the friendless amongst us.  As for me, I had lots of friends but part of my midlife crisis theme involved changing up the quantity and quality of friends in my life.  Statistics notwithstanding, I think we are each unique and would do well to give ourselves permission to be just that and do whatever we feel we must do.  Self-acceptance and self-love are major elixirs!</description>
