A Hall of Famer lives in my neighborhood. He is only 6 years older than I & hobbles about using a cane. At least he is still able to take his exercise in a nearby park. Back in the day, I am sure his physical condition was vastly superior to mine. Now, I, a 63-year-old woman, could run circles around him. I have loved the game for over half a century, but the price these guys pay to entertain me - well, I can no longer look down on the masses who enjoyed gladiatorial combat during Roman times.
