Nobody has a problem with the refs when they make some mistakes that don't really change things. Its when the game changes because of a call that people get angry.

For example, just in the last 3 secs of the Packers-Seahawks game, there was offensive pass interference (Tate pushed a GB player in the end zone) and you had two refs with different calls at the same time.

I'm indifferent to the Packers and Seahawks, but I think its clear the Packers definitely got ripped off. This season so far has been filled with questionable moments, and it seems like its not gonna stop anytime soon.

I don't make $78,000.00 a year. If my boss gave me a big raise to reach that amount and told me to only work 4 month a year I would grab the offer and run. And yes,I have no pension, but a 401K.

In Re Browns Bengals game.

Just under 4 minutes before halftime...Bengals have 1st and 20 and throw an incomplete pass. Game clock continues to run. Is there a new rule that the clock continues running on incomplete passes????

And the guy in the booth with his finger on the clock...couldn't he see the obvious and stop the clock even if the refs didn't wave their arms???

Not saying that the regular refs make better calls, but certainly this type of problem was not as prevalent with the regular officiating crews.
