		<description>Solar and coconut bio oil with battery back up is a good plan. Maybe they don&#039;t have much wind. Each area is different and this must work for them.

Their old cost was $589 a person /year or $11.32 month. Not too bad compared to developed countries at an average $150 a month.</description>

		<description>Its great they went all solar, but they should have done a mix of solar and wind.  
if they had set up 20 small wind turbines, they would have had a much broader energy spectrum and they would have less need for battery.</description>
