I think someone over at National Geographic really liked your post–they liked it so much that they added a few sentences to it and posted it again, under their banner:

Of course there’s lots of overlap in the blogosphere, but if it makes any difference, I liked your version more, Hugh–at the very least, it’s not composed primarily of quotes (website quotes at that!)…

Here’s one of my favorites. Professor Phlip has a bunch of science raps, but my personal favorite is “Unlock the Rocks (the three main types of rock).”
