		<description>What is the point of this article? I think you need to spend a bit more time downtown. It has transformed way more than you have recognized and has more being invested into it currently than any other area in Los Angeles. Three years ago, I would have never set foot downtown. Now I wont live anywhere else in Los Angeles. The list of projects underway and on the way goes on and on and on. Take some more time to research and also explore and you wont write with doubt like you have with this article.</description>
