My wife and I live in Paris 6 months of the year and we&#039;ve been a little bit of help to Walter Wells in the effort to get a plaque on the facade of 81 rue de Loo.  Walter (and others) just hasn&#039;t been able to break through the morass yet. I hope your article helps.  By the way, the picture you included may be on the rue de l&#039;Universite, though I don&#039;t recognize it, but it is not number 81.</description>
